The CBT therapist will first assist the client in identifying his negative cognitions or thinking patterns. For instance, a person may be directed to contemplate how he perceives himself, views the world or feels during a panic attack. By focusing on the thought process, a person can begin to recognize his typical thought patterns and how it influences his behaviors.The therapist may use a wide range of activities and exercises to help the client become aware of his negative thoughts, and learn to replace them with healthier ways of thinking. Additionally, homework activities are often assigned between sessions to help the client in continually identifying and eliminating faulty thinking.Writing exercises can be a powerful way to conquer faulty thinking patterns. Most religious people are concerned about cloning because they believe that only God has the right to give and take life in any form. Hitler was a good student at first while attending school in Luniz, but as he went to high school he became a very poor student.   Ã‚  Ã‚  Ã‚  Ã‚  In 1907, Adolf went to Vienna Austria, in an effort to fulfill one of his dreams, and that dream was to become an artist, his attempt to become an artist ended when he failed the entrance exam to get into the Academy of Fine Arts. When Adolf’s mother died he continued to live in Vienna. Adolf decided to try to take the entrance exam again a year later and he fail it again. At this time Hitler was very troubled disappointed (Keesee 10). Hitler started to live in cheep apartment rooms, and sometimes even on park benches, and often had to get his meals from charity kitchens. During Adolf’s time he spent in Vienna, he learned to hate non-Germans. Hitler was a German-speaking Austrian and considered himself German. Hitler ridiculed the Austrian government for recognizing Bowers 2 eight different languages and believed that no government could last if they treated all ethnic groups the same (20). In 1913 Hitler went to Munich, Germany and when World War I began in 1914, he volunteered to be in the German army. When World War I ended Hitler was hospitalized and recovering from temporary blindness which was probably caused by a poison gas attack (30).   Ã‚  Ã‚  Ã‚  Ã‚  The country was now bankrupted because of the funding of the war, and millions of people were unemployed. In 1920, Hitler joined the National Socialist German Workers Party, which were known as the Nazis. The Nazis called for all Germans, even Germans that were in other countries, so they could unite into one nation. They wanted the treaty of Versailles to be cancelled. Hitler moved up to the leader of the Nazi party and built up his membership quickly, mostly because of his powerful speaking ability (Lutzer 8).   Ã‚  Ã‚  Ã‚  Ã‚  Hitler organized am army for the Nazi party and called them the Storm Troopers which were also known as â€Å"Brown Shirts†. We were worried because it took him two hours to get me and Shelby out. Your sister had a baby this morning but I haven’t found out what it is yet, so I don’t know if you’re an aunt or an uncle. If the baby is a girl, your sister is going to name it after me, she’s going to call it Mom. Uncle Pete fell in a whiskey vat last week. What is hedonism? Maybe most of us do not familiar with this word. Whereas, we could be a hedonist subconsciously. According to Cambridge Advance Learner’s dictionary, hedonism is living and behaving in ways that mean you get as much pleasure out of life as possible, according to the belief that the most important thing in life is to enjoy yourself. We called the people who do hedonism as a hedonist people. Hedonist connotes someone devoted to his own sensual pleasure (spot.colorado.edu). Nowadays, hedonism is happening everywhere from adult until teenagers. So, what we must do through hedonism? Hedonism is a point of view which is assuming that pleasure is the main point of life. Based on my observation, hedonist usually hard to control their money, picky on associate with people, more indulge, and more popular. And if there were a problem, hedonist will prefer to spend their money because it will make them happy and forget about their problem for a while. Hedonism is also decrease social bonds. The pursuit of individual pleasure will make us less sensitive to the other’s needs. There is an advocate of hedonism who thinks that it comes naturally for human to pursuit their happiness.
